Ridge town, then the airport estates
Kalamunda and Gooseberry Hill climb the Darling Scarp along Kalamunda Road and Railway Road — steeper driveways, leaf litter in gullies, and outdoor hot water units on the high side of the house. McDermott Plumbing does not install, pump or service septic or ATU systems. On scheme-sewered homes — most of Maida Vale, High Wycombe and the Kalamunda town streets — we clear and repair the property drains as usual.
We’ll still help with toilets, hot water, leaks and licensed gas on those properties, and say straight away if the fault has crossed into septic territory.
