A maintenance agreement is not a magic shield against burst pipes. It is a regular, booked visit to catch the boring problems — leaking cisterns, tired valves, slow drains, tempering and safety items — before they become weekend emergencies. We’ll only offer one once we know the site and can write down what’s included.

- Scheduled inspections of wet areas and plant you’re responsible for
- Minor adjustments and leak checks
- Priority booking during ordinary hours (agreed in writing)
- A short report after each visit
- A clear list of what’s not included — emergency after-hours, renovations, and major replacements
